    An Lovely Family Getaway!

    The friendly lounge staff made our mornings bright with delicious breakfast options, and the access to the Grand Resort Deck was a game changer. Remember to bring your reusable water bottle. Hydration by the pool is essential!

    The location was awesome in a great area, next to the old taipa village which is famous travel spot in Macau, Macau over the years and the Chinese restaurant for dinner.     We truly enjoyed this place. Breakfast was delicious, particularly good views, awesome location just next door to lounge/main restaurant, afternoon tea, canapes and evening alcoholic drinks for 4 hours served in the executive lounge and the Venetian and many shops around there. The check in was smooth, the staff was really kind.

    Even though everything was great, some of the staff were horrible.

    Staying at jw marriott was amazing! The executive king room was spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved having access to the executive lounge for breakfast and happy hour. The water park is just fantastic for the whole family. The staff was super friendly and even prepared special vegetarian dishes for us.

    The Executive King room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a fine view from the 20th floor. Access to the executive lounge for breakfast and happy hour was a real treat, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing specialized vegetarian dishes for us. The pools, especially the lazy river, provided endless fun for the kids.

    Check-in could be managed better.

    Really good Service and Luxurious Comfort

    The Executive King room was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering amazing views. The complimentary access to the executive lounge was a real highlight, offering good breakfast options and happy hour treats. The staff were really nice, noticing our preferences. The only aspect that could be improved is the check-in process.

    Oh, the elegance! The lobby was stunningly adorned with shimmering chandeliers and contemporary art this senior feel like a VIP. The spacious corridors were easy to navigate, even with my walking aid.

    My kids loved the slides and the lazy river, and access to the Grand Resort Deck was a real treat. The hotel staff were great, even setting up a cute dog bed for our furry family member.

    In my kids' opinion, a quicker check-in process would make things smoother for families.
